From colour sorters to fumigation chambers, our infrastructure is designed to handle export-grade specifications at container scale.
Export-grade commodities demand more than good sourcing. They demand infrastructure that can clean, grade, store and pack at scale without compromising specification. JQ EXPORTS operates a multi-facility supply chain across Gujarat and partner units in producing states.
Processing capabilities
- Cleaning & grading lines: destoners, dehuskers, gravity separators, sieving machines and magnetic separators for pulses, grains and oil seeds.
- Colour sorting: high-capacity optical sorters for rice, chilli, turmeric, sesame and peanuts — removing discoloured and defective kernels to export specification.
- Grinding: hygienic spice grinding with controlled particle size (mesh) for powders, including cryogenic grinding for volatile-oil-sensitive spices.
- Dehydration: hot-air dehydration lines for onion, garlic and vegetables, with moisture control to 4–6% for long shelf life.
- Sterilisation: partnerships with ETO and steam sterilisation units plus irradiation service providers.
Warehousing & storage
- Dry, ventilated warehouses with moisture-controlled conditions for rice, pulses and grains.
- Fumigation capability (aluminium phosphide / methyl bromide alternatives per destination rules).
- First-in-first-out stock rotation with lot-level traceability.
- Pest management programme with regular monitoring records.
Packaging hall
Dedicated packing area supporting retail packs (100 g – 5 kg), foodservice packs (5 – 25 kg) and bulk export packs (25 – 50 kg) in PP bags, paper bags, jute bags and vacuum-packed poly pouches — including private label printing with your artwork.
Quality laboratory
An in-house laboratory equipped for moisture analysis, sieve grading, ash content, oil content, colour value (ASTA/curcumin), and sample preparation for third-party accredited labs for residue testing.
Port connectivity
Our facilities are connected to major west-coast ports — Mundra, Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Kandla and Pipavav — enabling cost-efficient FCL and LCL routing to every major trade lane. Transit time to Middle East: 3–7 days; Europe: 18–25 days; US East Coast: 25–35 days.
