1. Website use

This website is provided for information about JQ EXPORTS products and services. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Commodity specifications and prices shown are indicative; the binding specification and price are those in the written sales contract.

2. Quotations & orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated (default 15 days). Orders are confirmed only upon acceptance of our proforma invoice / sales contract and receipt of the agreed advance payment or LC. All sales are governed by the terms of the sales contract, including Incoterms 2020, quality tolerances, packing and shipping period.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, HS codes and container capacities are provided in good faith for general guidance. Buyers are responsible for verifying import eligibility, duties and regulatory requirements in their destination country before contracting.

4. Intellectual property

All content, logos and branding on this website are the property of JQ EXPORTS and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brands and certification marks referenced remain the property of their owners.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JQ EXPORTS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Export compliance

Buyers agree to comply with all applicable import regulations of their destination country and not to use products in violation of any sanctions or export controls.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise agreed in a sales contract.
